These days it seems like it’s getting harder and harder to make a living. With newlyweds being a young couple, say around mid 20′s to mid 30′s, it’s safe to say that their still on their way to the top of their careers. The marriage may seem like a new life for them as a new family, but there will be times wherein additional expenses would eat its way into their budget. The wedding itself is a perfect example. The couple must have lost a great amount of money planning for it. There are payments for the venue, the catering, the wardrobe of the couple and the entourage, and all the other details.
While giving money may seem impersonal and opposite to thoughtful, it is actually what the couple needs. Since they’re young, they still may be paying off student loans, car loans, and mortgages; and giving them a boost would definitely help. Moreover, they might be saving up for something special, like a delayed honeymoon, a new flat, a car, or college tuition for their future kids. They may be too shy to admit it and ask for money as gifts, but you can ease their burden by giving them so. In fact, you can give them a little gift, say a kitchen appliance or cutlery and then attach an envelope with a check and a short message to it.
